My name is JIM HART. As an ACE certified Personal trainer, I have worked with thousands of men over the past 30 years in helping them to achieve better bodies and more fufilling meaningful lives. Since 1978 when I began my personal journey into strength training, running, cycling and power walking I have learned key insights about the needs and special life situations men face on their journey to fitness, fat loss and personal habit change.
I have been named one of the TOP 100 TRAINERS IN AMERICA two years running by MEN’S JOURNAL MAGAZINE, I have a degree in exercise physiology, I am ceritfied by three coaching organizations:

I am a master chef and nutrition researcher and also certified to teach WELLNESS COACHING using POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY TECHNIQUES and RATIONAL THERAPY METHODS. I am also certified as a MEDICAL exercise specialist and post -rehab therapy clinician.
